Job Description

Our client based in Dubai is one of the largest and most successful family groups in the Middle East.

They are looking to hire an Operations Manager to ensure a first-quality guest experience for all visitors.

Reports To: General Manager
Direct reports – Responsible for the management and performance of up to 100 direct and indirect employees
Role
• Developing job descriptions for all posts directly or indirectly reporting to this position.
• Work closely with the HR department
• Review outsourcing services
• Managing procurement in line with the companies policies and procedures
• Health & Safety

Requirements
• Currently based in the UAE
• Degree holder or other recognizable professional qualification in sports.
• Minimum of 5 – 10 experience in a similar position
• Health and safety training.
• Qualified first aider.
• A demonstrable passion for customer service and the quality of the guest experience.
• An innovative mind with an eye for detail.
• Personable with excellent people skills.
• Fluent in English, a second language an advantage.
• I.T. literate
